and have built a great following.
This is our first club in Dubai and we are dedicated to building a team of coaching professionals that want to contribute to the growth and development of the next generation here in Dubai.
We are looking for true educators who have a passion for gymnastics and the gifts that it brings.

What we are looking for
MUST HAVE
- A passion for coaching recreational gymnastics.
A recognised gymnastics coaching qualification.
It can be for gymnastics, trampolining, cheerleading, acro, circus, or freestyle.- Must have some solid experience as a gymnastics coach.
- A true team player.
- A positive and outgoing personality.
Must want to contribute to building confident kids.
NICE TO HAVE
You drive and have a car.
- A first aid qualification.
- Have worked in or with schools.
- Extrovert by nature.
- Very comfortable with public speaking and presenting to large groups.

We run world-class development training and programme our entire team as part of the FLAIR UNIVERSITY
We don’t just develop a coaches skills, we build CONFIDENT coaches by empowering our team, giving the right support & encouragement, along with the tools & resources needed to make working at FLAIR a positive and valuable experience.
To work with us, YOU MUST absolutely LOVE coaching recreational gymnastics and be capable of teaching an absolute beginner as well as developing a child through to an intermediate and advanced recreational level.
Our academy will NOT suit those who are looking to work with elite or high-performance athletes.
As a guide, our syllabus trains children up to twisting somersault levels and we use, beams, bars, floor, vault, tumble tracks & trampolines.
Our programmes are designed for children who participate from 1 hour – 7 hours per week, from complete beginner at 4yrs old, through to adults.
All coaches are required to coach, all ages, levels, and abilities and ARE expected to help out across the gym with ALL programmes.
Important to know before applying
We are a recreational gymnastics academy. We are not a high-performance gymnastics centre and do not cater for aspiring international competitors.
Our core purpose is to build kids confidence through the wonderful sport of gymnastics.
We are not looking for high-performance (elite) coaches OR those wanting to progress to a high-performance coaching career; We do develop, train and mentor solid foundational coaching and our team’s skills into becoming top coaching professionals, in fact, we are dedicated to our team’s personal success in becoming their very best possible version of their coaching self.
